From event management to creative design, from the stage program to technical implementation – we do everything we can to make the festival a first-class experience. Our team members come from different parts of the community, have experience from the BDSM and fetish scene and know exactly what is important.
For us, the festival is not just about organizing a fair and party, but about creating a platform that celebrates diversity and acceptance. We understand the expectations and wishes of our visitors because we are part of this community ourselves. Our goal: a place where people can connect with each other, make new friends and experience their passions in an open, sex-positive atmosphere. The team works all year to develop new concepts, show highlights and exhibition ideas to take the festival to a new level every year.

They not only help us to present a varied range of high-quality products and services, but also to make the festival a place for creative and sensual discoveries.
Some of our partners offer exclusive workshops and demonstrations, others are represented in the exhibition area and give visitors the opportunity to test and purchase their products directly on site. In this way, the fair becomes an interactive world of experience for all those interested in the bondage, fetish and BDSM world.
History
From insider tip to cult trade fair: The history of the FETISH CELEBRATION Weekend
The story of the FETISH CELEBRATION Weekend began in 2021 during the coronavirus pandemic. At that time, we wanted to offer an innovative trade fair including the evening event within one location. In 2022, the time had come and we were able to bring the festival to life in Cologne.
Under the name: Fetish Festival Cologne, we celebrated the first festival over Whitsun 2022. Visitors, exhibitors, workshop leaders and DJs were all enthusiastic about the event. Unfortunately, the landlord of the location had a different opinion and we had to look for a new location. We finally found one with the Eloria in Bottrop.
We then celebrated the second edition of the festival from 29.09-01.10.2023. With the new location, the name of the festival was also changed to FETISH CELEBRATION Festival. Kinky exhibitors presented their wares in 2 cool circus tents. Various artists from all over Europe showed their art on the whole area. Several well-known DJs from Berlin were responsible for the popular Berlin underground sound.
As beautiful as the location in Bottrop was, the requirements for the event kept growing and the city of Cologne offered us more possibilities. So we went back to Cologne. We found the perfect location for the festival in X Post Köln. From 20-22.09.2024 the FETISH CELEBRATION Weekend took place for the third time.
Today, the festival takes place in a 4,000 sqm hall and includes everything the bondage, fetish and BDSM community desires: exhibitions, shows, workshops, a large selection of fetish and BDSM accessories, furniture and fashion, as well as a colorful supporting program with performances and DJs. We look back with pride on the development of the festival and look forward to continuing to write the story year after year. What began as an insider tip is now an international highlight that attracts visitors from Germany and the surrounding countries.

Review of the Fetish Festival 2022-2024: A highlight for the BDSM community
2022
In 2022, we were finally able to get started after the pandemic-related restrictions. It was an instructive year. The festival hit like a bomb. Thanks to the support of our community and numerous new visitors, the festival was a complete success. The atmosphere was electrifying and the number of participants exceeded all expectations. New partnerships were forged and many great performances and shows were well received.
2023
2023 was the year of the first change and diversity. We broke new ground with the move to Bottrop. We were able to attract even more international artists to enrich the festival. This year, the focus was particularly on diversity – a greater variety of workshops, show acts and community events ensured that every visitor really got their money’s worth. The demand for vegan and vegetarian options at the food trucks was also expanded. The community continued to grow and there was a great sense of togetherness at all levels.
2024
Back in Cologne, 2024 was a record year! Even more visitors, even more exhibitors, even more shows. With many new concepts and ideas, we have taken the FETISH CELEBRATION Weekend to a new level. The international kinky community was enthusiastic and demand for next year’s event is already high. The festival was rounded off with spectacular shows and an unforgettable party. Thanks to everyone who was there and made this year so unique!

Our vision for the festival goes far beyond what we have achieved so far. We want to make the event a platform that symbolizes openness, diversity and acceptance worldwide. A place where the bondage, fetish and BDSM community comes together every year to celebrate, share and learn from each other.
Our goal is to continuously develop the festival and add even more diversity and innovation to our program. We want to invite the best international exhibitors and artists on the scene to create a unique mix of trade fair, party and community event. A festival that inspires people and gives them a platform to express themselves and connect.
Our vision is a future in which the festival reflects the needs and wishes of the community and continues to grow. The fair should not just be a sales event, but a place of encounter and exchange – a space that celebrates the sex-positive and open lifestyle and invites more and more people to become part of this unique community.
